The room is comfortable for a 2 nights stay. Staffs are efficient, friendly and accommodating. Hot shower with good water pressure and the lighting is also great. The hotel is very conveniently located with lots of food options nearby whether fast food, hawker or nice upscale restaurant. It is surrounded by MRT stations - Bencoolen and Rochor which makes travelling to Orchard, Marina Sands and Harbourfront all very easy. Will be my choice whenever I come to visit Singapore.

The location was ideal. Next to MRT and walking distance of malls, hawker center, restaurants. The staff was very friendly.the room was clean.

The location is superb, right in the middle of Bugis and a very short walk to Rochor and Bugis station, with Dhoby Ghaut also a walk-able distance. There is plenty to do in the immediate vicinity, including plenty of hawker stores, markets and eateries. The lobby is well kept, and the staff are courteous. The air conditioning in the room worked well, and the value cannot be understated. Will definitely consider this hotel again.

Staff were attentive and very quick to help check details. Room was newly renovated with new floorboards and furniture - especially noticed how new the bathroom was. Room had a big window to let fresh air in. ~5-10 mins walk to metro station and local restaurants. Close to local arts colleges where there were free exhibitions.

This is the forth time that we have stayed in this hotel. It's really handy for getting out and about to explore the area due to it's central location. The staff are friendly. I requested a low floor when booking and it was no problem. I would use this hotel again.

First, the location - it's at the heart of NAFA Campus and is within a couple of minutes walk to malls and food centers. Second, the facility - it's worth every $. The rooms are clean, the lobby, ugh, I'll definitely miss how fragrant the lobby is. They provide daily room cleaning services which I love! Finally, the staff - they are warm, friendly yet professional. They welcomed us as if we own the place and gave us directions to wherever we wanted to go. Overall, it was a 10/10!

My flight arrived really early (5 a.m.), and check-in is only at 3 p.m. After a long flight, I wasn’t really up for going out to explore, so I just got some coffee and waited at the hotel. Grace from reception was kind enough to offer me early check-in and a room upgrade—both complimentary! The staff are friendly and accommodating, and the hotel is in a great location close to public transport.
